Ages from 6-17. Classes run through school term only. 3.45-4.30pm
Monday is boxing, kids will learn how to throw Jab, cross, hooks and uppercuts. Depending on the group size and dymanics we will also teach more advanced movements. They will punch into pads and swap after allocated time. All equipment provided.
Wednesday is Strength & Conditioning, teaching the kids how to run, jump, land, squat, lunge, push, pull, in a circuit style session. Some light weights will be used.
