Kids class
Ages from 8-16. Classes run through school term only. 3.45-4.30pm
The class structure is Strength & Conditioning, teaching the kids how to run, jump, land, squat, lunge, push, pull, in a circuit style session. Some light weights will be used.
Mums & Bubs
Mums and bubs has no age restriction for baby/toddler. Monday and Friday is strength training, mums will be given a program which will last for 6 weeks focussing on specific movements and progressing through the block. Wednesday is a strength and conditioning combo - giving you the best of both worlds! Thursday is a low impact conditioning (cardio) session aimed at getting your heart rate up in a safe way. Alternative options will be given for those who are unable to do certain movements. Our staff are willing to help keep your baby happy so you can get the most out of the session.
