CLASS SCHEDULE

Strength
Monday, Wednesday and Friday are strength training days. There is not an allocated start time. you will go through your session at your own pace. You are provided with a periodised program to follow, you will be given as much assistance as possible to go through the program. This will depend on how many other clients are training at the time. We can work around almost any injury, providing you with alternatives until you have recovered.
Conditioning
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings are conditioning days. There is an allocated start time for each class. Each runs for one hour, beginning with a comprehensive warm-up, work-out and finishing with a cool-down and static stretch.
Boxing
Thursday at 5.30pm is our boxing class. Focus mitts and gloves are provided. Although they are cardio focused, you will learn correct technique through combinations which will progress depending on the level of the class.
Kids classes
Ages from 6-17. Classes run through school term only. 3.45-4.30pm
Monday is Strength & Conditioning, teaching the kids how to run, jump, land, squat, lunge, push, pull, in a circuit style session. Some light weights will be used.
Mums & Bubs
Mums and bubs has no age restriction for baby/toddler. Monday and Friday is strength training, mums will be given a program which will last for 6 weeks focussing on specific movements and progressing through the block. Thursday is a low impact conditioning (cardio) session aimed at getting your heart rate up in a safe way. Alternative options will be given for those who are unable to do certain movements. Chris is willing to help keep your baby happy so you can get the most out of the session.
